The buildings have been built completely in eco-compatible materials,
and in which you will enjoy the pleasure for detail and comfort of Italian tradition
together with the skills of traditional building techniques.

Finca il Peperoncino is made up of two separated wings and is able to offer
places to a total of 16 guests (but an enlargement is being considered):

• A main structure composed by two double bedrooms with a shared bathroom
  and water at room temperature.
• One bungalow with 4 places, with kitchen, private bathroom, hot water and lounge area.
• Two annexes (cabañas) each with 4 places, private bathroom and hot water.

Costs:

• High season:
  — 21 dollars plus vat per person in the cabañas and bungalow, breakfast included.
  The latter can also be rented at a cost of 90 dollars plus vat
  with the use of kitchen but without breakfast.
  — 13 dollars plus vat per person in the of the main building, breakfast included.

• Low season:
  — 18 dollars plus vat per person in the cabañas and bungalow, breakfast included.
  The latter can also be rented at a cost of 80 dollars plus vat
  with the use of kitchen but without breakfast.
  — 11 dollars plus vat per person in the bedrooms of the main building
  breakfast included.
